July 28, 2009 - Online Registration is here!!!

To use the online registration tool, you need to follow the below simple steps:

1.  Mandatory registration with USA Hockey,click here to register. Be sure to select Ice Players and Coaches.   

For more instructions about the USA Hockey registration process click here.  ALL Hockey Players MUST Register with USA Hockey for the 2009-2010 Season Before They Go On the Ice!!!  Total Fee is $43  Players age 6 and under are $0 

2.  Print your USA Hockey registration confirmation page - ** You will need your confirmation number to complete step 3 ** 

3.  Register online for St. Jude Conditioning 2009 - click here - save $25 if registered by August 10th.

4.  If paying by check - mail check payable to St. Jude Hockey and mail to Southwest Ice Arena Attn:  St. Jude Hockey, 5505 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, IL 60445 - must be received by August 10 to receive the $25 discount

5.  Check the conditioning dates/times and we will see you in a few weeks.     Click here for conditioning schedule
