IMPORTANT NOTICE: CMS Launch
February 7, 2012 - The CMS upgrade has now launched. The performance issues we were experiencing in the first few hours following the launch have now been resolved, and local administrators should be able to edit sites. We are still working out formatting anomalies in different browsers, but if you experience problems while editing your site, please contact Eddie Olson in the Internet Communications department, and we will look into the issue. Thank you everyone for your patience while we worked through various difficulties getting the upgrade in place.

September 30, 2010 - LOCAL WEBSITE CREATION SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Effective immediately, USA Hockey will temporarily discontinue issuing local websites, due to pending changes to the current web platform. Please bookmark this page to track updated information as it becomes available. Other platform modules, such as the EMS tournament tool and local registration tools will remain available.
EMS-RMT Online Registration Tool Now Available to Member Organizations

On April 13, 2009, USA Hockey launched a new addition to the EMS: the EMS Registration Managment Tool (EMS-RMT). The EMS-RMT allows local Registrars and Webmasters a browser-based online solution for creating and managing local online registration. The EMS-RMT integrates with USA Hockey's Web Confirmation Service, the service that provides local programs an interface to our national database, to provide a full-service online registration solution.
The advantage of the EMS-RMT is that the technical integration is already built in, meaning local organizations simply have to fill in some fields and publish the URL to their registration on a web page or in an email. To integrate with Cyber Sport, the EMS-RMT produces and exportable file formatted to Cyber Sport specifications, ready to be uploaded directly into the Cyber Sport interface.

May 18, 2010 - CHANGES TO THE EMS TOURNAMENT AND SEASONS TOOL
Due to popular request, we have added the ability to list players as scratches or suspensions for individual games. Within the Team Roster view, you can select players to remove from the active roster on a game-by-game basis. Players listed as scratches or suspensions will be listed on the scoresheet as susch, and those games will not be counted in their individual statistics. Additionally, we continue to make small improvements to the overall interface to create a more user-friendly experience.
January 25, 2012 - ONLINE TRAINING VIDEOS
The online training videos will be replaced with videos recorded for the new CMS. In the meantime, the best source for instruction will be the user manual or the context-sensitive help located in the CMS Work Area. You can access the online tutorials by clicking on the menu item to the left.
